They returned a bag to my old address for sun wing for me didn't call me when I called I have bad service living in now in kempville the guy called me a fuc%ing as%hole asked to speak to a manager he said he was the manager great customer service to say the least he also told me sun wing hates me so much too funny I never one spoke to them to do eith the complain ever..... hmmmm very dissatisfied with the couriers they chose to get the bag dropped back to me 7 months later. The bag was delivered to my old address after I told the guy I didn't live in Ottawa anymore which is what I find even more funny! Filing a BBB complaint Monday hopefully I can retrieve my bag from the new tenant!

Company makes little effort to provide timely advance information to customers regarding delivery times. Should consider reviewing customer relations procedures.
