Bad trucks constantly breaking down. Bad logistics and poor routing from incompetent dispatch. Terrible pay for the slave labour work hours. Beware of the back stabbing sewing circle of drivers that congregate in the shop. When I first started at Tibbs, I was told I'd be running northern Ontario. 95% of this job was GTA corridor fighting an average of 2 hours of traffic everyday at minimal pay rate. I make twice as much money now doing half the work at another company.
