The UPS Store

I will be avoiding this store at all costs. Waited an hour to simply get a quote. Watched a man ship a simple packet of tea which took staff literally over a half hour to do. I've never experienced such painfully slow and unprofessional service. They also tried to sell us a damaged box..which wasn't even a quality box, just some beaten up used grocery box (which they made us pay for because we tried seeing if our items would even fit in it) Ended up leaving without shipping the item, wasted over an hour, And wasted money because they 'charged us for their time and their box'

Worst service ever. Sketchy place. I was sending a DHL parcel. The guy wanted to find out how much I paid DHL so that he could offer me a better deal.he wouldn't give me his quote until I told him mine. And when he found out There is no financial benefit, he said that UPS holds no responsibility of the parcel and that I should order a pick up with DHL. Bad experience. Stay away!

Store hours on internet states that they are open on Saturday. Nope. Closed.

Worse managed store ever. UPS revoked their license and they refuse to leave

NOt a real UPS! Charges extra fees so they could send to UPS in Ottawa.
