UPS overall has bad service. Even their 1-800 number customer service is bad. Untrained staff. Rude. Not on the same page. UPS overall is not reliable. Expect delayed packages. Use other delivery companies if possible (ex. Canada Post).

Cozy, friendly owner operated, family business. Somewhat flexible in pricing but convenience and time savings being a full service shop really makes a difference. The wide format printing capability in house saves a lot of time and not available in many places. 24hours access to the copy machine and mailboxes is also very convenient for small business owners that is not necessarily keep a 9-5 schedule. By the way, something you might be surprised to know they don't just ship through UPS, they are also authorized DHL, Purolator and have same day delivery options.
