They need to get their delivery people in check they bring a package they throw it at your door they don't even knock and let you know it's there. And in my building where I live they don't even ring your doorbell they pasted on the outside window and walk away I had to chase a package of mine for different times before I got it and then they didn't know where it was that the last time and I had to go all the way from Westland down to Romulus three times I had to go down there so they need to get their thing in their act in into check.

IF YOU CAN AVOID FEDEX I SUGGEST YOU DO. Worse service ever all they do is give you the run around and lie I was told by customer service I wouldn’t receive my package today because it was still at the airport eventhough tracking says it’s at the facility when in all reality I’m not receiving it because the facility is closed today a honest answer is all I asked for I am more than reasonable but the lies from a supervisor and run around to 3 different people was unnecessary.

The Federal Express delivery service was slow and unprofessional when they shipped me my phone. I ended up having to go and pick it up myself and even then it was not at the logistics node. UPS is a lot more professional and reliable. Federal Express proved to be a joke.
