One worker smashed a lamp. Swore loud enough for the neighborhood to hear, called out "claim!". Did we get anything for that? No. Noticed a wooden lamp today with gouges out of it. Truck was too small for the contents so they just jammed stuff in there. Black mark on a sofa. Two workers were very nice thankfully . Not impressed with the outcome.

We had 3 men move us from Port Colborne to Welland on Nov. 10th. They had to deal with three flights of stairs and not once did I hear a complaint. They were fast, professional and friendly.
