Absolute worst service ever. DO NOT USE IT! Even a bus would be better than these people! I have tried using their services a few times and every time, without fail, the woman that answers the phone is as rude as she can possibly be. I once called and asked how long they would be and she replied, "Longer if you keep calling us!". What kind of business is that?? They are NEVER on time & the drivers are just as rude as the woman answering the phones! They never have GPS and end up calling, screaming on the other end about how they can't find the place. I tried using their service today and after already waiting 30+ minutes and having told the driver the address THREE times, he finally found it. You'd think this would be all, but then, the driver has the nerve to ask my boyfriend to give his phone to him for 'collateral' as he waits for my boyfriend to run into the house and grab the money ($13.00 for a 10 minute drive as well) even though he had plenty of other stuff with him he could have said to leave in the car. Unbelievably unprofessional and just straight up bad people working here. This interaction is was prompted me to come here and look at the other reviews and not surprisingly other people have had the same types of experiences or even worse! If you value you your time, money and personal possessions, I'd suggest not using this ILLEGAL taxi service. If I could 0 stars, I would.
