What a joke of a company! The emailed me (yeah, no door notice!) saying that they tried to deliver my parcel but I wasn't there, although I was there the WHOLE day! Now I have to drive to St. Catharines to their pickup location and waste an hour of my time for a service that was paid for! I And yes, just like other reviewers said, don't every buy online from a foreign country or Fedex will rob you blind. One time they falsified the declared value on the border slip (by ten times!) only so they can charge three times brokerage fees! Bunch of lying lazy drivers, con artists of a company who I hope they go bankrupt and whom I will never use as a carrier! Stick with Canada Post and USPS.

Friendly courteous professional staff...always ready to assist. Fast easy & convenient.

What kind of a shipping place doesn't keep boxes.....or sell them...... This is why you always use UPS.

I paid for insurance to ship a painting to Australia. the cost of the shipping was astronomical to start with but figured better safe than sorry. They not only destroyed the painting in transit, but refused to pay out for the insurance saying it was not adequately packed even though they inspected it prior to shipping. Never again will I use them.
