FedEx Ship Center

Like others have said, the one lady there is extremely rude. I’ve shipped here several dozen times over the past year, and she is the only problem, and a big one at that. I’ve just learned to live with her issues. I’ve been hassled there so many times over perfect packages. She told me I couldn’t ship something and made me leave because of the fluid package contents. I had to call fedex, and hand my phone over to her to have them tell her it’s perfectly fine to ship said contents. Little things like that. She didn’t want to ship something because it didn’t say “smartpost” on the label (it’s a pre-made label via eBay FYI) and the first thing she tells me is “this won’t ship”. She was in disbelief when it scanned and was accepted by the computer. Ridiculous. I think they need to transfer her to a warehouse and put someone more competent up front.

Great bunch of folks , very professional .

Horrible customer service at this facility. Employee has been heard grumbling about having to work there on numerous occasions. She transposes addresses, obvious that she doesn't want to be there. We are currently looking for another place to ship from instead of this center
