I give this courier/delivery service a zero star rating. After receiving a friendly referral from Flash Delivery I called to secure delivery service. The owner/operator answered the phone by saying "Area Delivery" and my reply was "Pardon .. I thought this was Road runner." His response was "Ya man it has been area for years now." With a very impatient and annoyed tone. I then asked "Do you have debit at the door service?" And the response was "No I do not." in a very condescending tone. This was a surprise to me because that was why Flash made the referral .. They did not have that particular service. My reply at this point was one of surprise "Oh .. Flash just referred me to you because he said you had such service" He then replied "Ya well Flash are f***ing liars." and then hung up on me. I was not finished for I had cash to pay for his service so even after his rude and obnoxious behavior I phoned back and as soon as I got the words "Hi I just phoned and before I could tell you I had cash you hung up on me" He then told me to "F**k Off" and hung up again. So I called a THIRD time and this time it was to file a complaint for I was very frustrated with the treatment I received and if a company is publicly listed as a "Delivery" service then even if they cannot deliver the still need to service a potential customer. I did not get much out as he went on a tirade about "Being very busy and I have the right to turn down anyone I F***ing well feel like." At this point I realized my complaint would do no good but possibly a poor rating and very bad review on google where I found listings for both flash and Area Delivery services as well as some others just might save someone else from such a rude, ignorant, and obnoxious experience. Whether you are in a hotel as I am or local and need a delivery service I STRONGLY recommend you do not waste your time on this company .. Just skip on to the next one !!
