Purolator

Great service but only opens 9am.

Always use them, always great, never let me down. Great company to deal with on a regular basis.

Purolator driver dumped my "must be delivered to address and signed by over 18" parcel at a corner store who didn't ask for ID when we picked it up. Purolator responded with "our records indicate your package was delivered on ..." No, it wasn't delivered, if the lazy driver didn't drive to my house and deliver it. Purolator lied to the company when they i quired by saying we were out of the delivery area. Yes, purolator delivers out here and the trucks pass our house all of the time, we are not too "far out" we are part of the town limits. We shall be choosing another company over purolator from now on just due to the lies and lack of responsibility over the whole incident. I run a home business and get a lot of large orders and ship daily via someone else so their loss. Don't lie to customers.

Had a box roughly 26"x26"x46" shipped from North Bay to Timmins. Cost was $480 box was less than 15 lbs. Do not use this shipping company. I thought it was simply a mistake but then got lectured by a billing manager that it was right. UPDATE: after initially being spoken down to, purolator came back and contacted me that they were indeed in the wrong. Problem was resolved satisfactorily

very dissapointed, i come home to find that purolator has left my sparkling water in -38 degree weather!!!!! frozen!!!! this is unacceptable, and when we are home they do not even knock.....so tell me who is going to replace our items when they start getting damaged and dissapearing from being stolen? This is not right!!
