Every time I go to this place there is a note on the door saying they will return in 15 minutes. I can understand one time this happening but this has happened 5 times in the last month that I've been here. This is ridiculous and I will be contacting their head office.

Store opened late at 10:17. Reason for being late is the young man had to pick up a coffee at Tim's. "Can't start the day without coffee" He lost out on four other costumers.

Went to the store on Aug 21, 2017 at ~2:20pm, sign on the door said "will be back in 5 min". Waited for 25 mins and no one showed up, even called the store and the line was busy. It's ridiculous that no one is around during regular hours. I won't be going back there.
