The UPS Store

The best UPS customer service I've ever received - very friendly and helpful as soon as I walk in the door. Efficient and capable staff. They are awesome at small talk/joking and make me feel very welcomed. I'll definitely go here for all my shipping needs. They should be training all the other UPS stores on how it's done.

today this company went well above and beyond what anyone may have ever even thought to request from any UPS store.. i had documents i needed printed that i was not able to pick up and for a very reasonable fee they were willing to literally drop off the documents once closing the store for the evening...

I have been using this store services for many years for my business. This place is like a home to me. The owners are always nice and helpful. The work is done on time and quality is perfect. I highly recommend this place.

Worst experience ever! I check the status of my order and it says delivered but I got no package nor a note on my door. Now after spending hours with their customer service I was informed that “The Helper” of the UPS Driver dropped off the item and the main person responsible (The Driver) was not even aware of where the item was dropped off. I even paid extra for their express shipping because I needed my package for a deadline and now they are telling me it takes 8-10 days just for investigations. Absolutely ridiculous! Never using UPS ever again, you shouldn’t either!
