Worst UPS experience of my life. extremely disorganized which would be tolerable of they weren't also extremely rude. I was told my package was not there and yelled at needlessly for 5 minutes until it was located in the store.

I went there two times because UPS dropped my expensive gadgets at this location as I wasn't available. Zahir signed and kept my packages. He's very friendly and helpful. Last time I got my package super fast same day even when they don't normally give package on same day as the notice. Excellent service.

The worst UPS location I have dealt with, they tell you your package is not there mean while ups tracking shows it is. They act very unprofessional and irresponsible with packages, I've had multiple issues with this location. Went their yesterday to pick up my package and the man said its not there. Went home later to track my package and show it is there! Now I am stuck waiting another day to pick it up since they are closed on Sundays. Very inconvenient and frustrating.

I received a UPS delivery notice one evening, and on checking the reference online, was puzzled to find that it had been delivered and signed for by "ZAHIR". According to UPS.ca, this location is owned and operated by Zahiruddim Akm. I'm not sure if this is standard practice for UPS, but this seems shady to me. Also, the location was not open during posted business hours (I visited just after 9:00am), and phone calls are unanswered on a line with no configured voicemail. Far below the level of professionalism expected of UPS.
