Label said will be back in 5 minutes during working time. Actually I wait for over 15 minutes. I can understand staff need a break but if you need a 20 mins break just tell me 20 mins then I will come back in 20 mins instead of waiting for 20 mins.

Not sure why this is ranked low. The man, and the woman who sometimes is there to assist, are very helpful. Effortless transactions and it's easily located in the building so easy to walk to in winter too. Note that it's on the same floor as Sobey's. the google picture is from some old times. But google maps is accurate.
