The truck was running late on arrival on move day due to an internal issue, I was notified promptly of this issue as it was happening, and they arrived on time at the new est time. Everything was packed very well, preventing any breakage and shifting damage. Everything arrived safe! Blankets, bubble wrap, pack paper and boxes-the estimate of these materials was spot on from Don and the quote as well! No surprises with anything, Great communication and crew! I am a personal assistant and concierge, this was a move that I was coordinating for a client-with no room for problems, and my expectations were exceeded and I recommend Professional Movers!!
