Rudest store ever. Advertise as a drop off center for pre-paid UPS and FedEx but try to charge a fee. When questioned my package was thrown back at me and I was told to go somewhere else-which I happily did, never to return again.

Complete ripoff, you can go to Haggerty and 14 mile to drop off packages without a ridiculous fee. Hidden fees and hikes prices.

Charges a $2 fee to drop off a free UPS Amazon return. Google should remove this as a listing when searching for UPS Dropbox. Absolutely absurd.

This location charges a "convience fee" to drop-off PRE-PAID return items for both FedEX & UPS. $2.00 if it is under 5 pounds and $3.00 if it is over 5 pounds. I asked how they get away with this, he stated we are an independant business. Very happy I left and did not use them. I would have given a 1/5th sta if possible.

Horrible customer service and very rude. How are they allowed to charge a service fee on stamps and UPs packages with a prepaid label? Is it possible to give them a negative rating? I will be reporting them to UPS.
