Had to ship a parcel out. The clerk working at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful. He helped me pick out the best shipping option to save the most money.

We have been dealing with UPS customer service for the past 3 days trying to get a package delivered with no success. The first issue was they could not deliver to a PO Box, fair enough, but now the excuse is they are unable to find the address. They have been provided the correct address for the 4th time today and were now informed it will be another day before delivery. Not sure how you are unable to find the address, FedEx or Purolator never seem to have an issue. #UPSDeliveryFail
