Refused to scan package & give receipt because he was busy writing an important email. No other customers in the store.Absolute garbage customer service, then the short guy starts ranting about don't tell me how to do my job, sorry but having a sh*tty attitude is not how we do business. I can't believe you are still open with this kind of service. So I walked away with my packages went to ups in Kirkland and got service and a receipt in 2 minutes. Avoid this place.

When open the service is great...that's when they are open. Gone twice now during posted hours at the location, as well as on Google (Jan 19+22, 2018). The place has been closed both times. What a waste of time. Had to drive all the way to Vaudreuil-Dorion.

Posted hours are until 6:30 pm but apparently for UPS that means whenever they feel like closing. Went to get a parcel they are holding for me and both times, closed. The phone number is not in service either. Go somewhere else if you can. Too bad I can't give them less than one star.

This place is a joke. The guy recommended I use Canada post to ship something that was prepaid (vendor told me to use ups store).
