Apple Express Courier

Horrible. Didn't even ring my doorbell. Just left the package outside. On a busy city street! It had only been out there a couple of hours, but of course it got stolen. And here I was sitting around LIKE AN IDIOT waiting for them to ring the doorbell like every other courier service on the planet. What am I supposed to do? Drop my life and wait outside my condo building in the freezing cold the whole day--was only -24C with the windchill this morning--to intercept my package before it's left on the curb for some random stranger to steal? I receive packages on a weekly basis from other delivery services. No other company is this negligent.

I'm in charge of the mailroom at a big company. When someone asks for Express delivery, if the mailroom is closed (after 5PM or during the weekend), they deliver anyway, leaving the package outside the door, in the rain, or in the snow! BRAVO!! They should not even get a star, but they won't let me get a review of zero star

Horrible service. No direct way of contacting them. They "tried" to deliver once and then returned to Landmark (to other delivery company?!) so they will send it by Canada Post...This is an office bulding with a mailroom. There's always a safe drop. I have no idea where my package is right now because it's supposed to be at their hub. It's been stuck there for two days. Will stop doing business with the vendor until they change service.

Worst delivery company I have dealt with. Sloppy and negligent. They called me from downstairs of my building, hung up, just to label my order "delivery refusal" and send it back. I lost both order and my money as a result. Avoid!

Worst delivery company and customer service I have ever encounter in my life. This company needs to go bankrupt. Please don't deal with this company
