Canpar Courier

The worst service ever used. They left the package front porch of the condo which obviously it disappeared. PayPal doesn't refund me because the seller has delivered the package, Ebay neither. I lost my money and my time, i am too little in this game to do something but definitely for all of my purchases i will clearly specify to not use Canpar for my delivery. Also i will share my opinion with all of my friends . Shame shame shame

Strange service. If they can't deliver they drop off the package at seemunhky random depanneurs or gas stations and it's never the same one. The depot in Boucherville isn't obvious to find.

Will add stars IF I ever get my parcel. They pretended to come to my house twice and never really came. Put status 'not home' on tracking. NOT true. I was in the window watching for them. I even had their form taped to my door. After that I tried to go get my parcel in Boucherville. 2. hour trip to come back with no parcel - they could not find it. Next day they sent it even farther from my house according to tracking. Called several times - lots of waiting and BS. They keep promising to call you back and never do. Finally got my package when the sender contacted her Canpar rep. and complained.

Where can i pick up my package? Terrible web site. Cant get hold on my package. Worst carrier!!

You guys left my package in front of my step door not smart I live on a boulevard!!!
