They promise to deliver a package on a date .. But never respecting it. Im really upset and disappointed..

Was suppose to get my package delivered Monday, got an update on my tracking only on Thursday saying it was delivered but I never got it, nothing at my door, nothing at the neighbor's either ! Purolator can't even get in touch with the depot to know what happened.... So a week later, I have no idea where my package is.

Please be careful when your drivers deliver. Last delivery went to my neighbor ! Canâ€™t make the difference between 105 and 109. Itâ€™s not the 1st time Puro delivers at my home. Letâ€™s hope this time they get it right.

My bus was late and i arrive at 5h31 to pick up my package after rushing to get there after my day of work from 8ham to 5pm, nobody wanted me to enter or just open the door to talk to me directly. I don't mind respecting the rule and not get my package but at least open the door and try to get me any sort of service so we can organise something. Now i can't get my package and i can't comeback this week, thank you for wasting my time. 1min after hours is not that exausting.
