So i ordered a package and placed my home address, they showed up and i wasn't there so they left a note. After that i changed my address to a place where someone would be and could take the pack for me, they still tried at my home address but didn't leave a note this time. Called and discovered that the note that they left which was from Loomis express doesn't have the right website for the address change since it's canpar who is taking care of the package. Frustrating but understandable,but then after talking with the loomis customer service they said they will send an email to canpar with the new address and they will also contact me to confirm. Canpar called, i talked with the lady and she said that she changed my address for the new one. Third day and I come home to a note from canpar with nothing writen or marked on it, called the canpar customer service and I learned that they didn't change my address and the operator even told me that the address change email from loomis was there but no one changed the address, so I went through the same process with him. I never add such a bad experience with a delivery service.
