The UPS Store 344 Downtown Montreal

Worst company ever! My things haven’t been delivered for over a week I have made all necessary arrangements and payments yet the delivery people still ask for payment upon delivery which resulted in my things not being delivered for the 2nd time and I am still waiting for my personal effects to arrive! Call center is horrible with non experienced people mostly and some rude people! They can’t even provide any solutions, or even schedule a proper delivery time for shipments! My last call with them took over 30 minutes and yet no solutions have been provided! I don’t recommend this company at all! Please avoid it unless you are looking for guaranteed headache and messed up delivery!

Simply Excellent service! there was a line up and I was in a rush, the gentelman called me and asked me to leave my prepaid UPS package on the counter and gave me the receipt without interrupting the customer who was being served before me. This is what I call profesional !

I started doing business with this store 3 months ago shipping art works , mainly paintings. I have had bad experiences in the past with UPS (damaged frames) ,however so far the store packed and shipped 3 paintings to different destinations and they all got very good feedback from my customers. Fair prices comparing the excellent service and professional packaging. I can say now I can trust UPS again,to transport my paintings. Highly recommend.
