Constant struggle with Purolator. Every time a package is sent by them, I have to email back and forth with customer service and always end up having to retrieve my package at the warehouse. I live in an apartment building with a front panel to contact each apartment individually and Purolator always sends me the same "incorrect address" or "missing entry code" issue: I can't send you an entry code, unless you'd like me to slip my key card into an envelope for your delivery guy to enter the building?? There's no entry code! Call the apartment from the front panel, how hard is that?
