Purolator

Good service but come on... Closed on weekends? There is people that they work during the week.. You guys should be more flexible when it comes to pick up our parcels on a weekend to accommodate your customers... Delivery guy came on Thursday 18 April.. Friday is close due good Friday.. Saturday Sunday off.. Now I'll have to wait until Monday.. Unbelievable

There is no way that this company, if we can call this a company, rings the bell of my apartment, where there is always people inside. They never do it and they never leave a note. It is the common practice, systematically. Every time I can, when I place an order in amazon, for example; I request to use another company. If you are reading this, do the same, lets force them to change their irrespectful behavior. Miraculously, they answered the phone and now I know where to go to pick up my items. You are not a delivery company, you are a pick up center with a very bad service. I wonder how you still exist, its incredible. Never seen something like this...

Excellent counter service, but horrible delivery by carrier. They never ring the doorbell or leave a note. I order a lot from amazon and I will start making a conscious effort to not select Purolator as a carrier. They never ring the doorbell or even pass by (I have a camera looking out my window and review the footage), which is why so many other reviews claim that that do not get a notice at their door. I had to go to the distribution center to pick up my packages, which is not far away from me but I do not own a vehicle so it is somewhat of an inconvenience, but the service at the counter was stellar. The woman was courteous and fast. I've never had such amazing service at other carrier locations (such as canada post and ups). This is the only reason they get two stars, otherwise it would be zero. I will send amazon an email with a link to these google reviews, hopefully they can shed some light on why they chose them since it seems everyone in the east end has a problem with the lies this company keeps getting away with. [side note: I had ordered a TV from amazon around Christmas time, they didn't pass by and called me to go pick it up. I have no car so I called amazon and they sent a full refund, you'll never lose your money when dealing with amazon, but you'll waste your time dealing with purolator]

The review says everything. They always leave your stuff to this inventory that is located far away. They don’t even have other branches that are better located to make the pick-up easier. Oh, and they sometime don’t even leave you the note. And they says it is “delivered” So every time you miss your packages, just cancel the order. Or everytime you see your order is going to be delivered by this company, cancel it. I only received the packages to my door one out of ten times from this delivery company. The reason why Amazon is using this company is probably because it is cheap, or some other unspeakable reasons...

Worst service as usual. I don't even understand why companies keep sending packages with them. Lately asked them to drop mine at the nearest office, in downtown Montreal. It ended up up north of the island. I'm still wondering if it is laziness or pure incompetence. Use a real package carrier.
