Great service for business-to-business, horrible for the general public. You better be able to receive packages at your work, because if you aren't home for the ONE delivery attempt - which most people aren't, as they're working - then it's out of their hands. It's up to you to travel to a different city to at your own expense to pick up your package. Any note telling them to call/leave it with neighbors/etc will be ignored; I have a strong suspicion their warehouse in lachine must have a quota, because it's like they take joy in sending your packages there.
The 2 stars is for their customer service, which is courteous and helpful - they understand the absurdity of having to travel to a suburban industrial park to pick up your package, and can redirect your package to a more centralized location. Sure, that means an extra 2 days delay, and you still have to take up your own time to travel and pick up your package you paid shipping for, but by that point you'll grin and bear it just to get the whole ordeal over and done with.
