Quite frankly the WORST delivery service I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Wish i could give negative stars. Amazon should cut all ties with this garbage company. I've reached a point where I'd rather pay an extra fee to NOT have my items delivered with them. I thiugh intelcom was bad but purolator is even worse. 2 Items ordrered from Amazon - failed delivery attempt because they only ever deliver when you are at work. Contact them to reschedule delivery for 1 item as have only received 1 notice so far. Request evening delivery so i can make sure i am home to get it. The lady says - "yup no problem it will be delivered between 5-8pm the next day." It's thursday. She sounds annoyed and bothered that she is speaking with me. Call the next day to request evening delivery for my 2nd item. Different lady tells me its not possible to guarantee evening delivery she can only make a request. I tell her that's not what the other lady said. This lady tells me the other lady is wrong and offers me a reference #. The other lady never even offered me one. I say fine, put in the request. It's now friday. Purolator is closed weekends. So i expect this will be done on the monday. On SATURDAY i get a weird call from what seems to be a delivery driver who leaves a message and tells me it will cost me $50 to have my items delivered in the evening. If i am ok with this to call Purolator and confirm it. I call Purolator which promptly tells me its CLOSED. I am not ok with this. I contact Amazon who tells me they will reissuethe items. Which unfortunately is delivered again with Purolator. Of course, failed delivery AGAIN. Call Purolator AGAIN (3RD time now) and tell them to move my items from Lachine to Robert Bourassa location. I am assured the request is made in time. Today - shocker - Purolator IGNORES the request and delivers to my house again (it fails) and returns my items to Lachine - where i specifically requested THEY DON'T GO. Call today and even the agent says "yup i see the request, i see it was put in on time this should not have happened." What's the best he can do for me? File a complaint. Which I don't expect to go anywhere. I have absolutely zero faith my items will be where they are supposed to tomorrow. Absolute garbage company with garbage delivery drivers. Get delivery with them - good luck ever getting your stuff

This company is incredubly bad. It's got to be the worst delivery company in the world. Based on Amazon tracking info, they were supposed to deliver me something on Friday. A couple of days before, without any advance notice, they had attached a note to my door handle (where anyone could see or steal it) saying I need to go get the delivery from their office, which is an hour away. They promised to only hold the package for a few days, after which they thought they could charge me. For a delivery they never made - what a great business model! Amazon sent me an email saying they'll try to redeliver. They never did. I contacted Amazon, and they promised to make Purolator deliver the item. The next day, a robot for Purolator called me in French - which I don't really speak - to tell me, that I can get the item from their office. Still no delivery. A week later, Amazon is trying to twist their arm a bit again. I'm not hopeful. Will just try and cancel the order.

Worst delivery company ever. I paid for their top service which was international priority for my urgent document. Just like everyone else, I stayed at home for two days waiting for delivery but I received nothing. They told me they can not find the buzz code so they put on their system that the address is "incorrect" instead of calling me or text me. My phone number is right there on the shipping label! And my building has 24 hour doorman that helps to collect package. In the end the package was delayed for 5 days due to their lack of integrity and crappy system. Why can't i rate 0 here?

Great service for business-to-business, horrible for the general public. You better be able to receive packages at your work, because if you aren't home for the ONE delivery attempt - which most people aren't, as they're working - then it's out of their hands. It's up to you to travel to a different city to at your own expense to pick up your package. Any note telling them to call/leave it with neighbors/etc will be ignored; I have a strong suspicion their warehouse in lachine must have a quota, because it's like they take joy in sending your packages there. The 2 stars is for their customer service, which is courteous and helpful - they understand the absurdity of having to travel to a suburban industrial park to pick up your package, and can redirect your package to a more centralized location. Sure, that means an extra 2 days delay, and you still have to take up your own time to travel and pick up your package you paid shipping for, but by that point you'll grin and bear it just to get the whole ordeal over and done with.

My parcel appeared with an attempted delivery in Purolator tracking system today although i was at home all day to be able to get the parcel as it is urgent;, I did not find a notice sticker so i started to think that no one showed up. Then as I did not know how to get my parcel, I tried to call Customer service but did not managed to talk to anybody, then I used their Chat and was told to collect my parcel in Montreal town center next week. So what is the point to use a Courier service if you have to collect the items yourself after spending 1 hour to drive into town?
