The gentleman that works there is very courteous, professional and efficient. He helped me prepare my shipment of 9 large boxes and gave me tips for shipping in the future. 5 star rating for 5 star service! This is the ups store you want to be using on the south shore!

The employees seams to have Forgotten to ship on time And now my documents are late I shipped the docs on Tuesday, with the most expesive services 160 cad They shipped it on Monday and now I will need to pay late fees that double over every day !! I definitely advise not to use them !!

It's rare that you get outstanding customer service and once it happens your sort of taken back. This is what I experienced coming to this ups store. Daniel was serving me as I was sending Wheels to a different province and he was so helpful not only with my constant questions but packaging the wheels also. He was patient with me and kind. Would go out of my way to get service like this. Bravo 5 stars well deserved
