One off our client send us to pick up a package from Dicom since they can not guarantee the time of the delivery , it was medication ,on Ice pak , Temperature sensitive box , now my client send them email , spoke to them over the phone , they told us to go pick up the package between 6 pm and 7 pm . We were there at 6pm waited until 7pm they could not find the package or no one willing to look for the package , the indian looking guy was very rude , but the other gentle man st hubert was a nice guy , he took our phone number and said he will call us when they found the package , at 12 .15 am they called us , they found the package and the evening supervisor Eric was help full . Bottom line is they did not do the job at the first place than we had to wait 6 hour to get the package , at the end we are happy that we got the med back in our hand and than we rush to the client which was 3 hour way , we made the delivery at 4.30 am .we did our best but not happy with the Indian guy he was very rude ,
