They are not open 24hrs and are not open on weekends. They do always ship your items. My last order starred with Dicom and ended with Loomis delivering the item. Dicom delivery state said it was delivered but not to me, it was to Loomis. I myself would not use this for my business. I did receive my item in 3 days from date of purchase. That's why the get the 3 stars from me.

One off our client send us to pick up a package from Dicom since they can not guarantee the time of the delivery , it was medication ,on Ice pak , Temperature sensitive box , now my client send them email , spoke to them over the phone , they told us to go pick up the package between 6 pm and 7 pm . We were there at 6pm waited until 7pm they could not find the package or no one willing to look for the package , the indian looking guy was very rude , but the other gentle man st hubert was a nice guy , he took our phone number and said he will call us when they found the package , at 12 .15 am they called us , they found the package and the evening supervisor Eric was help full . Bottom line is they did not do the job at the first place than we had to wait 6 hour to get the package , at the end we are happy that we got the med back in our hand and than we rush to the client which was 3 hour way , we made the delivery at 4.30 am .we did our best but not happy with the Indian guy he was very rude ,

Horrible courier company. Will destroy your shipments and ignore your claim submissions. Stay away from this company for your courier needs.

So complicated to have something ship from them. I will avoid buying from shop that uses Dicom from now on. They were suppose to deliver on a Friday. I am a student... and thankfully, my classes are on internet. So I am home ALl day long. They called my boyfriend but he was busy at work so he couldn't answer. They left an unclear message. We could barely hear the person who called... anyway. We heard that they tried to delivered and no one was home (remember when I said I'm home all day long. no one ever rang the doorbell.) so we had to call and see with them what's up. I call. Friday. They told me they would call me back and of course, no one did. So I call again today (Monday) to be told we had to call on Friday as they asked.... It's hard to stay calm in front of a very badly organized company. I worked in distribution for 7 years. Dealt with a lot of shipping company. Can assure you, this isn't a good company for home deliveries. Maybe for companies but not home.
