Purolator

I always use Purolator for sending important letters and they deliver on time. Plus, they deliver all of my Amazon purchases at home, the boxes are clean and handled with care. Good job!

Worst shipping company I've ever seen. I placed an order through Amazon.ca and paid the extra cost so that it would arrive at my house sooner. I received a notification that said I should claim my package in Purolator. The facilities of this company are within an hour of my house. I contacted the customer service and, rudely, they told me that it was impossible to receive this package in my house and they insisted that I should go to their facilities. It's ridiculous. If I buy something in Amazon it is because I don't want to leave my house to buy it. But they made me take a trip of about an hour to receive it. In fact I still do not understand why I went there to claim it. The content of the package didn't exceed 20 dollars. Really the worst!!!

Clearly the worst shipping company. Never had a good experience. Picking point are always located in the worst place, their automated reception call are too fast too take notes, even if it's repeated (only once). I had multiple items send back because of them since half the time they don't tell you they have the item. They only keep the item for 5 days (compared to post Canada 15 days).

They just left my parcel in front of my door, and I live in an appartment. Anybody could have stolen the content. What kind of service is this? The parcel was not even packed, and it contained an 8-person raclette kit. Cheap shot Purolator ...
