Comme d'habitude: Service déplorable, c'est a peine si on te dit bonjour... ton imprimante es defectueuse et tu demande si ils peuvent te dépanner et imprimer ton etiquette de retour pour ton colis, tu te fait repondre que oui, pas de problème mais qu'on va te charger 1,50$ pour!!! Y'a quand meme des limites a prendre le monde pour des cons!! UPS une catastrophe sur toute la ligne!! C'est fini pour de bon! Une chance que Purolator est la!
