Was Supposed to receive a parcel from them. The parcel stayed for a week pending custom clearance, and none bothered to call me, until I called myself and I had to muddle through until getting the right office to call. Not a carrier I would recommend.

The worst service!!! I ordered a package August 26th and I still haven't received it! They said they attempted delivery but I received no notification whatsoever! As a result they sent it back to a holding facility in Ontario. After trying to get a hold of someone for days (they don't answer emails I had to locate a phone number of head office), they said they would re-try delivery...Once again they apparently attempted delivery (I know this because I looked up the tracking) but no notification! Horrible customer service. And I still don't have my package two months later.

Good job! two days faster than they said. It took just three Days from Montreal to middle East.
