With their smart concept and very competitive pricing and easy to use platform this is a excellent option for shipping solutions. Only downside is you must bring the items and or parcels to them , but I am sure as they grow so will the services they offer.

I dropped a sealed box with six parcels in it at a Chit Chat drop point. They processed five parcels out of six and say that they never received my sixth parcel, which is impossible. Client servcie couldn't give any explanation, they just kept repeating that they didn't receive my parcel.

Shipping to US they might have good service. However shipping with Canada it's horrible service. I placed an order with a local vendor (Montreal) and I am in Montreal. I see in the tracking the package has travelled to Ontario and is now on it's way back to Montreal. WASTE OF TIME. I purchase someelse from another vendor around the same time ( 1-2 days later) and I received my 2nd package. My second seller shipped using another courier service (popular one) and cost me less in shipping cost... GO FIGURE. bottom line. Shipment within canada - Service needs improvement.

The location was not accessible, imagine I have to travel that far just to get my package done. Aside from that they were overcharging, or should I say they're too expensive. Not practical at all. Don't waste your time here.
