The service calls me while I am at work to ask what to do, as the appartement building door is locked downstairs. I say, can't be. The guy in insulted tone says, yes, it is locked m'am. So he brought the parcel to the nearest office and I spent 40 minutes going there and back

You have to wait ages before talking to someone on the phone. And it is in the middle of nowhere. I do not understand why there are not more Purolator service places so we don't have to drive an hour to get our parcels. Horrible shipping service.
