A company I worked for used them for quick deliveries. I've never had any problems with them, other than a couple of missed deliveries, mostly caused by traffic and weather delays, things they obviously have no control over. I've always had excellent service when I called, the customer service reps are very pleasant and nice, and will do whatever they can to help you resolve problems.

Amazingly fast for my emergency. They delivered a key from a locksmith in verdun to me downtown after I locked myself out of my office. I was expecting to wait another hour or 2 but they saved my day :)

I don't know about your experience but for me , they were very professional , they called me and asked me what time i will be home even i could change my delivery address , so for this time i will give them 5 stars

unreliable service. I booked a pick up for Am/PM at 10am and they called me at 2pm to advise that they cannot deliver. it happened so many times and they cannot compensate you for your wasted time. terrible service!

My package has been delivered as it was planned. The only problem is that there is no date and time on the sticker that they leave when they cannot drop the package off.
