I've lost 12 hours of personnal time (3x4 hours block) waiting for this compagny to deliver me my command. Completely unprofessional, extremely bad logistic.

Liar, bad customer service, operator who hang out on you. After agreeing for a delivery time they changed the date without notifying us, wait all night to call them to rescheduled said they didn't sent anything and that we will have to wait until next week to get the delivery... Worst logistic company ever. I had to call over and over cause they were hanging on me...

the delivery guys were two Romanian guys very polite. i have had very bad experiences with other companies but defensively not this one

The worst service ever experienced!! Two youngsters show up late for assembly of the PAX (by Ikea) wardrobe. A socket in the wall is a problem that we overlooked. They are not allowed to install the wardrobe with the socket behind it. We waited for 10 days for their service and now they want to turn around and have us condemn the socket and make a new appointment in another week or so. Luckily, our electrician is also on site and he offers to condemn the socket in literally two minutes, so that they can do the assembly. They did not want to have any of it. So, they turned around and left (us high and dry). Job is not done, we still live out of the boxes at our new place and I am shocked by their behavior. Zero good will, zero professionalism but tons of arrogance and impoliteness. Stay away from these guys!

Poor experience, I had to file a claim for damaged goods. Followed the process and filed online as required. No response, resend request, no response. I then tried calling to follow up and all I got from the agent is you have to file online and follow up by email. I then informed him I already did and am getting nowhere. I want to talk to someone, ended up on hold for 20 minutes while the tried to find someone for me to talk to. Very poor Customer service.
