Horrible delivery experience. Took a day off to be there when they deliver and was home all day. They did not ring the bell and left without leaving any notice at the door !!!! Called customer service 1 hour after the "fake delivery attempt" and was told I had to wait for the package status to be updated later ..Will have to go get my package myself..Really pissed !!!!!!

Honestly I’m really disapointed with the delivery. I bought a 200$ dollard motherboard online and the delivery guy was just going to leave the package on my doorstep. It took me 3 sec to get to the door and the guy had already took off, lucky for me I was in the living room waiting for it all day. Its the middle of march and it’s cold outside, leaving a motherboard outside in the snow at -5 is not the best.Why would you think that is an approriate way to deliver products?

Left temperature sensitive material at my back door in -26 degree celsius weather....and I DONT HAVE A BACK DOOR!!!! NEVER FOUND THE PACKAGE. GARBAGE SERVICE TO TOP IT. Customer service shifted all blame and responsibility to the shipper. This company doesn't deserve to be in business.

Worst customer experience I ever received. I recently moved to a new place, have not change my address on my license yet. I showed the person on the counter two of my photo IDs, my mail forwarding letter provided by Canada Post, and my credit card bill that forwarded by Canada post to my new address, plus the sender and my employer also provided an evidence to show him that is my new address, the person still tells me there is no evidence that shows you live in that address and they can re-deliever the package to my address, lol, sure you can, but when your delivery man comes could you tell them to ring my door bell too, and I never even receive a sticker on my door.

Really out of the way, but they offer the service that they mention.
