Im a dealer and use different ppl for different needed services in different provinces all the time. Over the phone and via credit card. These ppl did as i needed and went the extra mile when needed. They make me look good to my customer when I needed white glove service, they provided.

Here is a direct email I (as the shipper) received (from receiver) after they received a parcel delivered by this courier. "I just wanted to let you know that the gentleman who delivered the package was extremely rude. He was shouting and tossing his papers around... I know this might not be in your control but thought I would share with you non the less as I was extremely upset" This is the first time I have rated any company on Google Decide for yourself
