I have always found the delivery people to be helpful and friendly. I have also enjoyed my interactions with the staff at the location by the Saskatoon airport. The only difficulties I have had are when using the 800 number in order to get service. There are typically longer waits on the phone. This is common among the courier companies I deal with. All in all, I would not hesitate to use Purolator Courier for your delivery needs.

Bad News. They were supposed to deliver to me one day during which I was home all day long. They did not bother to call or use the intercom. Their driver stuck a notice on the aprtment building door and walked away. I ended up driving up there to pick up my own parcel. Called the toll free number and they were not helpful or receptive

The worst courier company I ever worked with! I don't know why Amazon.ca uses Purolator for delivery. I do have a prime account with Amazon, and am eligible for free 2-days delivery, but every single time that I am in rush to receive a package from Amazon, they don't deliver in time and I end up going to the Purolator warehouse located in nowhere to pickup my package, one or two days after the estimated delivery.

Tracking number said attempted delivery, I was home all day and no one rang the door bell or left a notice. I am sure no one even attempted to deliver the package. What crooks. I called the 1800 number to speak to someone to try and get an actual attempt of delivery and was hung up on by their supervisor.

Shipped a part for my car from Saskatoon to kindersley. Didn't tell me when they were coming and I was at work. Left a note on the door telling me to pick it up in Saskatoon. Then two people in customer service were rude and refused to reship it without payment.
