Purolator has proven to be an utterly terrible delivery service. First off, and most unbelievably - A pick up driver was incredibly verbally abusive to a client. Their tracking service is highly inaccurate, and our account was grossly over-charged after miscalculation on the weight and dimensions of our packages. Furthermore, in addressing these issues over the phone and through email, their customer service was appalling. I kept getting differed to different agents, who all shuffled responsibility of handling our concerns to someone else. We are not in the habit of leaving public reviews for companies, but the awful service, at every step of the way with Purolator has motivated this one.
I highly recommend working with another company, and will never ship with Purolator again.
*This Review was written only after numerous emails and phone calls to Purolator, wasting much of my time. I was finally helped by a manager, who confirmed that our account had been grossly overcharged (by nearly $1,000) - but it took speaking to 4 different people and being told there was nothing they could do before our concern was taken seriously. I would call this - terrible customer service! (with the exception of Ian - who was helpful - thanks Ian!)
