Very incompetent and unprofessional operators! They make you wait for 10 years and have the nerve to be rude when you follow up your cab. Then I decided to book in advance to avoid the long wait, then guess what?! THEY FORGOT MY BOOKING! I think they are being complacent because they know we don't have a choice but to deal with. This city needs another cab company, better yet...Uber!

If there was another cab comoany in town, I wouldn't ever phone crown cab. Cabby told me I was on time, then admitted it was ok to be late and said I wouldn't complain if I ordered a had to wait for a beer at the bar. When in a relism, I'm not waiting outside in the cold for a beverage either, cause if your not outside waiting and the cab comes, they leave sometimes. So got into an argument with him and said to just let me out. Phoned crown cab to complain about the driver and they hung up and didnt care.

Cab company is using a measurement of time I haven't heard of. When you call they say five minutes and get very upset with you when you call every 15 mins to ask where the cab is, but they keep saying it's just 5 more minutes everytime you call back .Hopefully Uber comes to the city soon

Horrible service. I pre-booked a cab and they were still a half hour late. I tried calling the company and all I got was they were on there way and they could be there in 15-20 mins. They would not even let me talk to a supervisor/manager. How can you call yourselves a luxury car service if you cannot be prompt. You cannot leave your customers out in the cold for a half hour :(
