Contrary to their advertised hours, they are closed on Sunday! She was all chatterbox when she quoted me $400 for a 36lbs parcel to ship. But as soon as I mentioned I was using the company's account; from then, all she could respond were grunts. Why is FedEx keeping this place open?!!! Zero star - if I could.

A FedEx Authorized ShipCentre. If you want to FedEx something, go directly to FedEx. Avoid these people. They will try to ship your package through their company and charge you double.
