The staff have always been helpful whenever I’ve picked anything up. It’s down by the airport so it a bit out of the way but at the same time it’s not jammed in tight industrial area either.

If there's a weather delay, good luck in getting them to deliver your package on a following day. Sometimes they might, other times it'll sit there for a few days before they just tell you to come pick it up - a large inconvenience if you live 40 minutes away from this shipping centre.

No issue with delivery times, they were on time and left a tag because i was not home. The store times however are very poor, they close at 5:30, so you will likely need to take off work to get your package.

Usually good service but a few.weeks.ago went there for pickup after a note was left on my door for me to pick up the item. After about 20 minutes they realised it was out for 2nd delivery.
