Dynamex - Regina

I had so much trouble dealing with them through amazon. Ive never had issues ordering online till this company. They didn't call knock or anything! My packages said it was delivered at my apartment 2 big boxes and they actually weren't. No respect.

A courier service that won't let you pick up your order, how are you guys even still getting work? My Amazon package came in on Friday, attempted 3 times, said they'd call as I don't have a working buzzer at the apartment currently, called once and didn't bother to again. They sent the package back to sender the following Monday morning. Amazon has de-prioritized this carrier from my account. Super happy to hear about that! Update: Got a call this morning, they are there to deliver the package, the girl I spoke to on the phone said they sent my package back that morning. By this time I already had it being reshipped. Get you're sh*t together.

Ordered a package Express delivery. The package showed up on time but was left at the front door of the apartment. Luckily it didn't disappear. It would be nice to get a delivery slip to be able to pick up later so I don't risk my stuff going missing

Delivered the package to the wrong house, customer service was unhelpful and the delivery driver openly LIED about trying to retrieve it. Absolutely disgusting company. I cannot believe they are still operating in Regina.

Leaving an expensive package on a front step is NOT safely delivered. These almost always get stolen. Driver rang for bell once and ran. I was lucky to be off work today. Very unprofessional!
