Really great customer service. They were very easy to deal with and very friendly! Had an issue that was immediately rectified in a very pleasant and respectful manner, which actually surprised me. Couldn't be happier about using their services again in the future!

It is unfortunate to see negative reviews when my experience was nothing but positive. Arrangements were required for the return of personal effects after someone passed while travelling and the cooperation in getting the goods returned to Ontario could not have been better. Compassionate, understanding and considerate only begins to describe my experience with Ahmed at this location and cannot thank him enough for all his assistance, particularly with such a great distance and the circumstances involved. People need to understand the UPS Stores are affiliates connected to the courier but are separate from the branch that delivers your parcel to your door.

George provided great customer service. I used the "email to print to ship" to the store. Basically emailed them the files, they printed and shipped it to the proper place. Super easy and fair price!

I’ve had 4 different packages with them and every damn time that they deliver they ring the door bell once and run to their truck. Leaving the package by the door. Disapointed with how they deliver this happened 4 times.

Highly recommended! What an amazing experience I had with The UPS Store 228! The staff was extremely professional and super friendly when I got there to get printing job done.
