Notice received on Friday. Called them @5:30 pm and I placed myself on callback. No call back. Monday after 20 min. on hold - was told they will try only once to deliver. Very poor CUSTOMER service. If I wanted to drive and pick it up I wouldn't have used a COURIER.

Extremely unimpressed, would recommend avoiding this company. I live in a busy apartment building and they did not attempt to ring our apartment or knock on the door, they simply left the labeled package (which is also very expensive) just inside the front door to the apartment building on the ground where everyone has access to (not even on the same level as my apartment).

EXPECT TO PICK YOUR PACKAGE UP YOURSELF. Decided to check my tracking number. Turns out it’s been held awaiting pickup for the last 7 days. I’ve been at home studying for finals during the work day with no sign of attempted delivery, no email, no phone call.

On hold for 37 mins and still waiting for someone in customer service. I've now heard the ,,we will be with you shortly,, message about 100 times. This company is an absolute joke. Every experience I've the last 2 years has been nothing but terrible across the board. If our. Makes doing buisness the most excruciating part of my day.

Horrible service. Wasn’t home, so they left a card with a local number to call for pickup, called, no answer and the mailbox is full. Card said they would try the next day - nothing. Called the 1-800 number and was on hold for close to and hour. Finally got an answer on the local no. and was told they’d call back, never did. Finally I went there and picked it up myself. Left the delivery notice on my mail box with instructions to leave it at our place while away, so didn’t have it with me for pickup, was told there was no way to look it up - even with my name and address! Wow, pretty well the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Never ever going to use these guys and no one else should either Agree that there should be an option for no stars for companies like this.
