I had a box parcel return. No problems. Staff was courteous and helped me with pricing with the Postal boxes. Interesting to note all the 5* posts.

This was a good ups store until Recently. I’m not sure they can call themselves a full service ups store if they don’t not accept all packed that are being shipped by ups. Big inconvenience un’ess You have your labels pre printed...

I always get great service here. They make printing promotional items quick. Easy and efficient. 5 out of 5 would recommend

I've had good experience with UPS, but unfortunately not at this location. I'm placing the review directly towards the operator that served me. From the moment I walked in, the worker was quite unfriendly. From his facial expressions, to the tone of his voice, and his rough actions with my parcel, it literally seemed like he had hatred on me. I went in to return a parcel (a free return parcel) and he tried his best to charge me on the littlest things possible as well. Never have I ever been charged at another UPS location for returning a parcel. I'm okay with paying couple dollars, but his attitude was horrific. Charged me couple dollars for the plastic pouch to place the return slip in, tried to charge another dollar for a strip of tape, etc. Never going back, please learn how to service from other UPS location in the city.

This is the worst place ever I have experienced in service industry. The guy name viral patel Zero ethics, no professionalism. Even don’t greet customers which is least and basic. Tried to generate revenue unnecessarily where was no option even, created pressure to do so, and mentioned five times. Behaviour was super horrific.
