OK, I understand that this is a new business (started in August 2016 according to Jian) but they are terrible! I went into the store to pick up a package and no one was at the front. I could hear people behind the wall talking non-stop but no one came to the front. I stood there for a couple of minutes and was about to call out but then Jian (I assumed it was him) came into the store from outside and apologized and got my package for me. I was annoyed but then I just ignored it. So I then came back a couple of days (on Saturday) later to drop off a pre-paid package and they were closed. However, the website and the posted hours of operation on the door said that they are open from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. It was 10:25 am when we arrived. I then called Jian (note on the door with his number on it) and he picked up and apologized that they were running late and the store was supposed to be open at 10 am. He said that he'd be at the store in 15 mins. I was so annoyed because I was in a rush but decided to stay. 15 mins later, no Jian. So I left! It seems as though these people does not know how to run a business. I'm never going there again!!
