Having issues with your Amazon order? Look at the end of my review for a solution of sorts for future orders.
Dynamex, now TForce Final Mile, is a low tier, disorganized cacophony of cretins.
While it was actually great to get a phone call from the courier delivering my package when I was not at home, it was NOT great to be promised a call from the warehouse that never came or that a promise to re-attempt delivery before 9PM was unfulfilled.
A call to the local number redirected to a call centre in Toronto so I could be notified that the call centre had no authority to communicate with the local warehouse to hold my package for pickup. Who likes being connected to powerless customer service rep's half a country away when there's a problem?
I've asked Amazon to no longer ship anything to me using Dynamex. I received this response from Amazon shortly after.

"Since the Dynamex is not meeting the standard, I've de-prioritized the carrier. It will may take 1-2 weeks to complete the process.
De-prioritization means that the carrier "Dynamex" will be placed at the bottom of the list of desired shippers every time you place your order. It will be the least chosen for your future deliveries. This may take few days to reflect in your account."
