Rudest guy ever!

He literally throws and kicks the freight into his truck and starts yelling at me in front of customers for something that wasn’t labeled up to his standards! Wow can’t believe certain customers still want to use him. Worst courier ever!

Genuinely stunned. If I could give this business zero stars, report to the BBB, and then proceed to charge Al for verbal assault, I would within a second. I am so unbelievably sorry for any person who has/will be forced to deal with Al since the STC shut down. If there is ANY other method to get your things to you - I would strongly suggest. As a business manager/owner - I understand how important a critical review is to a company. But after this continuous mistreatment/verbal abuse to both me, and my coworkers - I can hardly stand to see this business run.

One of the rudest and disrespectful companies and humans I have every tried to ship something with. If Zero stars would be an option that would be it. Doesn't answer phones calls, has no idea how to run a business and his customer service is the lowest in every respect possible.

WORST courier I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. Terrible attitude, always pissed off, drives like a complete lunatic. I wish it was possible to give 0 stars. This maniac shouldn't be on the roads or in customer service.
